SidBot.io is an educational platform offering resources and interactive experiences on artificial intelligence, mathematics, and related topics through hands-on activities, labs, and demonstrations. Use the menu at the top of the page to explore further. This document explains the measures we take to protect the safety and confidentiality of your personal information as a user, which we treat with the utmost importance. The date at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made to this policy.

2. Overview of the Agreement

This agreement constitutes the official privacy policy for SidBot.io. In the agreement, "We" refers to SidBot, "the website" or "the service" refers to our site at sidbot.io (including all subdirectory pages), and "the user" refers to anyone who has accessed any pages through our website. "Personal data" refers to any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual or has been provided to us by the user, and cookies are small files stored in your browser even after your browser is closed. "Usage data" refers to any data collected automatically by your browser, device administrator, or internet service provider, which is either generated by the use of the service or by details of the service itself (such as the duration or timestamp of a page visit). Please note that this is different from "user data", which is data intentionally collected by the site to identify the user. "Malware" refers to software intentionally designed to cause problems with hardware. "Request" refers to any time you ask SidBot.io or any representatives of SidBot.io for a service through any medium of communication. Only use SidBot.io after reading and agreeing to this agreement.

3. User Data Collection and Processing

You can access and use the website and services without telling us who you are or providing any distinctive account information. To protect your personal information and files, our services use client-side processing whenever possible. We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you contact us by email or fill any online forms on the website. If you do not provide the information that we request, we may not be able to provide you with the requested information. All of the information we collect is directly from you via the Website and services, unless you contact us by email. When filling our contact form, keep in mind that any information you submit will be visible only to us. Due to this, it is important not to reveal any personal information such as your address, passwords, or phone numbers. This also applies when contacting us by email. SidBot.io is not responsible for any personal information compromised through a request or contact message. We only store your personal information for as long as required in a secure database, but cannot be held responsible for any instances of user data being shared as we never disclose any personal information (unless required by law). Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to send a contact e-mail to sidharth.d.shenoy@gmail.com. None of the information that you provide to us is sold or made available to any third-parties, including marketers and advertisers. We collect this information to make parts of this service available to you, as well as to prevent spam on our website.

4. Automatic Collection of Usage Data

This site also automatically collects a minimal number of cookies in order to load faster during future visits and to locally save project data in the user's browser. However, the service does not automatically collect any diagnostic data such as detailed user activity and bugs. Please manually report any bugs or issues which you may encounter, to sidharth.d.shenoy@gmail.com. Note that your email address will not be provided to any third-parties when you send a contact email for any purpose. Other forms of usage data which may be visible to your device administrator or internet service provider include but are not limited to your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, browser version, the pages or our website that you visit, and the timestamp of your visit. Additional information may also be automatically collected by your device administrator or Internet Service Provider when you access the service through a mobile device, such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, your mobile operating system, or your mobile browser type and version. Although the service never discloses information which it identifies as personal, SidBot.io is not responsible for any loss of personal information shared deliberately through the website by the user, such as passwords, addresses, or phone numbers.

5. Opt out of Browser Cookies

The majority of cookies on pages of this site are used to store editor data in your web browser. This includes certain parts of digital projects that are saved to avoid data loss. Your browser cookie cannot be accessed by us or any third-parties. If at any time you would like to delete cookie data, you can do so from the settings menu in your browser. 6. When Personal Information may be Shared

We take user privacy very seriously at SidBot.io. Any of the information we collect from you through the service or by email may be temporarily stored in a encrypted database if required based on certain conditions. We never ask for sensitive information such as passwords. However, other user information may be shared on legal request.

7. Security of your Information

We secure information you provide on computer servers in a secure and controlled environment, where it is protected from unauthorized usage, access, or disclosure. Whenever possible, your data is processed and stored only on your local device to avoid transmission over the Internet. We maintain reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Therefore, even though we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge the following:

8. Keeping Service Suitable for Minors

This service has been designed to help people of all ages learn about and experience AI in a secure and anonymous environment. For this, all indexed pages within the site are completely free of advertisements, trackers, and spyware. We never ask for any other personal information than listed in User Data Collection and Processing. We request that you only share information you feel comfortable sharing.

9. Information Collection from Minors

In compliance with the Online Eraser law, the site may collect a minimal amount of contact information from minors (children under the age of 18) through our contact form, with many additional steps taken to ensure privacy. In compliance with SOPIPA (Student Online Personal Information Protection Act), the service does not include any promotional content or links to external sites which do not relate to the purpose of this site. If at any time you feel like you have revealed personal information which you are uncomfortable with sharing, please leave an e-mail at sidharth.d.shenoy@gmail.com. The personal data will be removed if applicable, and will never be shared with other sources after a removal request.

10. Acceptance of this Policy

You acknowledge that you (if you are above 18) or your parent/guardian has read this entire privacy policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and/or using the website and services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
